These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Spectors website (the "Site") and the contact service offered on it. The Site is operated by:

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms cover the marketing website and the contact form only. They are not a licence to use the Spectors platform and do not grant any right to the product. Access to and use of the Spectors platform, once acquired, is governed by a separate agreement entered into at the time of purchase, together with any applicable order form and data-processing terms. In case of conflict, that separate agreement prevails for the product; these Terms continue to govern the Site.

2. Use of the Site (acceptable use)

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes and to contact us about Spectors. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any connected systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, for example through denial-of-service attempts, scraping at scale, injection, or introducing malware;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written permission;
  • submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content through the contact form, or submit another person's personal data without a lawful basis;
  • use the contact form to send spam, advertising, or bulk solicitations.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, or remove submitted content, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3. The contact service

The contact form lets you send us an enquiry. When you use it, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We will use your submission to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting the form does not create any contract, offer, or commitment on our part. Any commercial relationship arises only from a separate, signed agreement.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Spectors name and branding, text, graphics, layout, design, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to IELLO TECH SRL and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may view and, for your own internal evaluation, print or download extracts of the Site. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written consent. Nothing on the Site grants any licence to any trademark.

5. No warranties for the Site content

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", for general information only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations that the Site content is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Statements on the Site about the Spectors platform are descriptive and do not form part of any contract; the platform's capabilities and any commitments are defined solely in the separate agreement referred to in §1.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We provide these for convenience only and do not control or endorse them. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IELLO TECH SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. This clause concerns the Site only; liability in respect of the Spectors platform is governed by the separate agreement in §1.

8. Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy. By using the Site you acknowledge those policies.

9. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on the Site, with the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Romania shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your place of residence in the EU.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
